TPA congratulates the Affordable Community Living Corporation for being awarded a grant in the amount of $5,000,000 from the CalHOME Program administered by the Department of Housing and Community Development.
This grant will enable ACL to facilitate the rehabilitation of 250 owner-occupied manufactured housing units in San Bernardino, Kern, and Riverside Counties.
This latest achievement will help ACL further its mission of increasing the availability of low and moderate income housing, aiding in local redevelopment efforts, and promoting economic development.

TPA congratulates the City of Tracy for being awarded a grant in the amount of $375,000 from the Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) Hiring Program administered by the U.S. Department of Justice.
This grant will enable the City to hire three new officers, who will contribute to the City’s successful community engagement efforts, such as Chatting with the Chief, Coffee with a Cop, and National Night Out. These new officers will be closely involved in Community Services Division of the police department.
This latest achievement is another example of the commitment of the City to pursue its mission to protect and promote the quality of life of its residents and the prosperity of its businesses.

TPA congratulates the City of Murrieta for being awarded a grant in the amount of $2,012,193 from the Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) Program administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
This grant will enable the City to hire six new employees for Murrieta Fire and Rescue’s new medic patrol program and ensure adequate fire department staffing levels.
