TPA is proud and honored to announce that we have been retained by the City of Merced to provide state and federal legislative advocacy and grant funding services.

We look forward to helping the City pursue its mission to serve their citizens by delivering superior service exceeding expectations in cost, safety, and quality; serve the City Council by providing clear, concise, accurate, unbiased professional staff work; serve their employees by establishing goals, objectives, measurable standards for performance and to compensate them accordingly; and model their shared values.

Tri-Valley Cities Coalition

TPA is proud and honored to announce that we have been selected by the Tri-Valley Cities Coalition to provide federal and state legislative advocacy services.

California’s Tri-Valley region is located in the East Bay, spanning the San Ramon, Amador, and Livermore Valleys, with a combined population of its communities exceeding over 350,000 residents.

The Coalition was formed ten years ago when the Cities of Danville, Dublin, Livermore, Pleasanton, and San Ramon joined forces to advocate on behalf of the Tri-Valley region at the federal, state and regional levels of government.

We look forward to helping the Tri-Valley Cities Coalition pursue its mission to protect and promote its agenda in Sacramento and Washington, DC.

Merced County Association of Governments

TPA is honored that Merced County Association of Governments (MCAG) has asked us to continue to provide federal legislative advocacy services to protect and promote their agenda in Washington, DC.

MCAG serves as an official coalition of local public agencies, and its members include the County of Merced along with the Cities of Atwater, Dos Palos, Gustine, Livingston, Los Banos, and Merced.

MCAG has also built partnerships with important stakeholder organizations in Merced County, including UC Merced, Merced City School District, Merced Irrigation District, and the Greater Merced Chamber of Commerce.

We look forward to our ongoing collaboration with MCAG to help transform their vision into legacy.
