TPA congratulates the Merced County Association of Governments for being awarded $3,860,000 in Community Project Funding through the 2023 Consolidated Appropriations Act to replace and improve the Yosemite Area Regional Transportation System (YARTS) fleet.
The funding, secured by Representative Jim Costa, will enable MCAG to convert the YARTS fleet to clean diesel buses. These efforts to improve the transportation system, which provides equitable and sustainable transportation to Yosemite National Park for underserved communities, will greatly enhance the lives of all who live, work, and travel throughout the region.
This latest achievement is another example of the commitment of MCAG to work collaboratively to best serve the residents of Merced County.
Congratulations, MCAG!
TPA is excited to announce that we have been retained by the City of Monterey Park to provide State and Federal Legislative Advocacy and Grant Writing services.
We look forward to our collaboration with the City to help transform their vision into legacy.
Thank you, Monterey Park!
